Gnocchi Bolognese
Gnocchi Bolognese (3-4 ppl)
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 can of crush tomatoes
- 500 g ground beef
- 500 g gnocchi
- 1 carrot
- 1 soup cube
- shredded cheese
Spices & Aromatics
- salt
- pepper
- bay leaves
- Italian herbs of your choice: oregano, basil, thyme, rosemary
Directions
- Dice and cook the onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the ground beef and cook till it turns brown.
- Start boiling the gnocchi in a separate pot.
- Add the crushed tomatoes with a cup of water, then the cut carrot add spices.
- Allow the sauce to come to a simmer, then add the gnocchi to the pan.
- Top with shredded cheese.
