Philadelphia Gnocchi
Cream Cheese Gnocchi (2-3 ppl)
Ingredients
- 150g bacon (cubes)
- 250g mushrooms (champignon)
- 500g gnocchi
- 1 pack of classic Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 pack of garlic Philadelphia cream cheese
Spices & Aromatics
- pepper
- no salt (the cheese and bacon are salty enough)
Directions
- Fry the bacon in a pan.
- After the bacon is cooked, add the mushrooms and let them reduce.
- Boil the gnocchi in a separate pot.
- Add the Philadelphia cheese to the pan, stir and let it melt.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the mix, then it’s ready to be served.
- Top it with pepper and enjoy!
