Philadelphia Gnocchi

Cream Cheese Gnocchi (2-3 ppl)
15m 🇮🇹 Italian Twist gnocchi

Ingredients

  • 150g bacon (cubes)
  • 250g mushrooms (champignon)
  • 500g gnocchi
  • 1 pack of classic Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 pack of garlic Philadelphia cream cheese

Spices & Aromatics

  • pepper
  • no salt (the cheese and bacon are salty enough)

Directions

  1. Fry the bacon in a pan.
  2. After the bacon is cooked, add the mushrooms and let them reduce.
  3. Boil the gnocchi in a separate pot.
  4. Add the Philadelphia cheese to the pan, stir and let it melt.
  5. Add the cooked gnocchi to the mix, then it’s ready to be served.
  6. Top it with pepper and enjoy!
