Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 200g chicken breast per person
- 1 canned tomatoes
- 1 small jar red pesto
- penne pasta
Spices & Aromatics
- 1 tsp curry paste
Directions
- Cook penne pasta with some salt in separate pot
- Cut up chicken & start baking in pan with oil
- Dice the onion
- Once chicken is cooked, add onion, let cook for 2-3 min
- Add tomatoes, pesto, curry
- Let integrate for 5 min, serve!
