Chicken Fajita Pasta
Chicken Fajita Pasta (2-3 ppl)
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 250 g chicken fillet (cubes)
- 1-2 bell peppers
- 250 g penne pasta
- 750 ml milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Spices & Aromatics
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- chilli flakes
- cumin
Directions
- Dice and cook the onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the chicken and cook until no longer pink.
- Add the bell peppers and let it saute.
- Move the mix to a pot and add the milk and the penne, stirring constantly to prevent the pasta from sticking.
- Cook for about 20 minutes, until pasta is tender and the milk has reduced to a thick sauce that coats the pasta.
- Add the cheese and mix until melted.
