Chicken Burrito
Chicken Burrito (2-3 ppl)
Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 250 g sliced mushrooms
- 225 g chicken fillet (cubes)
- 2 bell peppers
- 125 g crème fraîche
- shredded cheese
- tortilla wraps
Spices & Aromatics
Directions
- Dice and cook the onion in a pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Add the chicken and stir.
- After the chicken is cooked, add the cut bell pepper and mushrooms. Let the veggies saute.
- Add a cup of water and the spice mix.
- Mix the crème fraîche with the sauce spice mix.
- Cover the tortilla with sauce, spoon the chicken mixture in the middle of the wraps, top with shredded cheese, then roll.
